Asset Management:

  1. Procurement: Overseeing the acquisition & allocation of computer hardware, networking equipment, and other necessary devices.

  2. Installation: Setting up Mac & Microsoft Laptops as part of onboarding & leaving customers

  3. Networking : Cabling management within offices

  4. Inventory Management: Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets, tracking their location, condition, and status.

  5. Maintenance: Implementing maintenance schedules to ensure that hardware components remain in optimal condition and arranging repairs or replacements as needed.

  6. Upgrades: Planning and executing hardware upgrades to keep pace with technological advancements and meet the organization's evolving needs.

Software Management:

  • Licensing: Managing software licenses to ensure compliance with legal requirements and optimizing costs by eliminating unused or redundant licenses.

  • Deployment: Overseeing the deployment of software applications across the organization, including installation, configuration, and testing.

  • Updates and Patches: Implementing processes for timely software updates and security patches to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure system reliability.

  • Integration: Facilitating the integration of new software solutions with existing systems and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • User Support: Providing technical support and training to end-users to help them effectively utilize software applications and troubleshoot common issues.

  • VOIP Management - 3CX & Teams

  • Software knowledge - Office 365 Administration & Active Directory in Hybrid Environment , Roaming Profile Management

Security:

  • Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect hardware and software assets from unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cybersecurity threats.

  • Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security weaknesses and implementing remediation strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance among employees.

  • Software knowledge - Cyber Security

IT Service Management:

  1. Recording and allocation of support calls

  2. Reporting on weekly basis

  3. Remote support & management

  4. Software Knowledge - Jira

Budgeting and Planning

  • Developing and managing budgets for IT hardware and software expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

  1. Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of IT disruptions on business operations.

  2. Implementing backup and recovery strategies for critical data and systems to ensure rapid restoration in the event of hardware failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

  3. Conducting regular drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of disaster recovery plans and identify areas for improvement.

  4. Software knowledge - Acronis

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:

  1. Staying informed about industry regulations, data protection laws, and compliance standards relevant to IT operations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.

  2. Ensuring that IT hardware and software systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy, security, and accessibility standards.

  3. Coordinating with legal and compliance teams to conduct audits, respond to regulatory inquiries, and address any non-compliance issues proactively.

  4. Software knowledge - Purview

TV & Presentation Equipment:

  • Setting up LCDs & Integrated presentation equipment's for VC Calling & Booking in Rooms
